AF132: How Small Entrepreneurs Can Crush The Big Guys with Ted Coine, Part-1
The Death Of Large. How Small Entrepreneurs Can Crush The Big Guys with Ted Coine of SwitchAndShift.com – Part 1
Today’s guest Ted Coine has recently co-authored a great book with Mark Babbitt titled “A World Gone Social: How Companies Must Adapt to Survive”.
Ted is also the founder of Switch and Shift.com which is a great company. Switch & Shift work’s in an area of business that I’m personally passionate about. Ted’s and his teams mission is to bring attention to the commerce that there’s a more human way to do business.
Ted’s say’s on the company site that: In the Social Age, it’s how we engage with customers, collaborators and strategic partners that matters; it’s how we create workplace optimism that sets us apart; it’s how we recruit, retain (and repel) employees that becomes our differentiator.
This isn’t a “people first, profits second” movement, but a “profits as a direct result of putting people first” movement.
I really love the whole ethos.
The Death Of Large.
Because of all the changes brought about by social over the last few years. The playing field is not just balanced or flat. It is totally swung in the favour of the small guy that can move nimbly.
Ted has found that the more he emphasizes the power of relentless giving. The more successful he becomes.
