Call To Action – The Art of handholding.
We’re living in a world of such massive competition, so many things trying to get our attention. If we really want to convert our website visitors to customers, we need to hold their hand through the whole experience if we’re to expect them to come on board as customers of our business.
My chapter would also include the importance of making sure my message is very tightly targeted to the right customer segment. This way when they land on my page, they really feel that this is the right place for me, this is the place I’ve been looking for, this is exactly the offer I need. When you can make someone experience that feeling, it’s much easier to hold their hand and call them to action to make a purchase.
Magic power one: Communication intuition – An innate ability to understand how to talk with different people, in different settings, and in different environments. And a natural ability to intuitively assess someone’s character type, their main mode of communication and how they’re feeling. This allows a deep connection, and to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Magic power two: Remaining vulnerable – Remaining vulnerable allows Carlos to be able to ask for feedback and accept it whether it’s constructive, negative, or positive. This allows Carlos to improve his work quickly and also know the times when his work is on the mark and when it’s off.
Magic power three: Charisma – Having a personality that people are attracted to has allowed Carlos to create many high quality, high value relationships, it’s helped him further his career and also achieve a high level of success in sales situations.
