  • Trying to find a quick way to success which is a sad assumption because it only leads to failure and upset. You need to prepare for the long term. Success takes work and time. You may get free from your job within 3 to 6 months but you’ll be building your business for a long time before your totally free.

How do you set and measure goals?

  • Set a small amount of goals that you can get completed quickly.
  • Rewards herself when she achieves her goals.
  • Get major things completed before moving forward.
  • Get the biggest and most difficult things done early in the morning.
  • Be very self disciplined with your goals, if you set them do them!

Independence in 90 Days:

  1. Get very clear on what your going to build you business around you mission
  2. Start building relationships, spend the first 6 weeks strengthening relationship
  3. Leverage your work and previous work network, reach into the connections of the connections
  4. Ask people you’ve known if they can introduce you to people they know that are in the area of your missions
  5. Then start taking to those people, email them, chat to them on Skype.
  6. Find out as much as you can about what’s working in the industry, what products are selling, what’s missing, what’s needed
  7. Join a few communities to find even more relationships and people that can help more directly
  8. Invest some of your money into some education; a few specific books, a mentor, a general course and specific course.
  9. Then with what you’ve identified figure out what your going to do exactly.
  10. Then reach back into the network and ask for referrals to help you get your first few clients. Most likely do some mentoring, training, coaching and use this to get even deeper understanding of their issues and work out if you really want to stick with the model you think your going to go into. Then if it feels right start scaling it, do more coaching, more training, then finally create a product.
